REFUND & CANCELLATION

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our Malerkotla facilities (usually within 12 hours of order registration). Please email us or message our support team on WhatsApp immediately with your Order ID reference.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Due to the botanical nature of wellness supplements, skin creams, and powders, we do not support general returns once product seals are broken. However, if your package arrived in a damaged or leaking state, contact us with photographic proof within 48 hours for a free replacement dispatch.

3. Refund Processing

Verified refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your source account for online transactions. For COD shipments, refunds may be completed via UPI transfer or bank deposits after audit verification.
